The County of Cape May, NJ required a unique and high tech building that provided up to date IT systems, wireless connections and cloud storage. The building was built to provide minimal steel structure interference. The Multi-Tenant building provided Cape May County with a high tech tenant space for multiple applications.

Scope:
The 30,000 sf two story 3 arched structure is built with wood laminated arches and wood framing. Minimal structural steel is used throughout the building. The interior of the building contains polished concrete floors, open web joists and exposed wood construction. The exterior is complete with glass and aluminum curtain wall, composite panels and stone veneer.
