Arthur J, Ogren, Inc. provided complete construction services for the entire project. The building is constructed of concrete piling, structural steel, EIFS, metal roofing and many high end finishes throughout the building.

- Location: Cape May, New Jersey
- Scope: Constructed to accommodate over 1,000 people, The New Cape May Convention Hall is constructed on a concrete super structure that supports the 22,000 square foot high tech facility. Located on the beach, the new multipurpose Convention Hall is the focal point of down-town Cape May. The new state of the art facility allows it’s occupants to view the ocean and beach from many areas in the building. Outside decks are constructed around the perimeter of the building to accommodate visitors and many different functions.
