The Cape May County Utilities Authority needed to replace their out dated sixty-year-old office building. Arthur J. Ogren Inc. constructed the new 35,000 square foot office building and removed the existing structure.

Scope: The structural steel building sits on top of poured concrete basement walls. The interior spaces include offices, training areas and public space. The exterior is constructed with brick veneer, cast stone and metal roofing.
