The increasing work load of the Cumberland County Improvement Authority required an updated office facility. This structure allows the CCIA and future county businesses to meet in a professional location.

Location: 745 Lebanon Road, Millville, New Jersey 08332
Scope: The single story 20,000 square foot building uses a structural steel frame, brick, EIFS and curtain wall to complete the exterior. The rustic interior has polished concrete floor, recycled barn siding and exposed structural wood roof deck.
