Approaching 100 years in business, The Espoma Company needed a state-of-the art building that reflected the high standards of the company. Espoma selected Arthur J. Ogren Inc to construct this one of a kind corporate office building.

Scope: Structural steel framing supports this two-story building. Brick, stone, EIFS and curtain wall complete the exterior. The interior finish is of the highest quality available, imported tile, walnut barrel vault ceilings, and sophisticated trim work.
