The growing curriculum of Rowan College at Gloucester County required a new standalone math and engineering building as well as an additions and renovations to the Scott Hall Stem Center. Arthur J. Ogren, Inc., completed the construction of this multi building $15,000,000.00 project on time and during an occupied school year.

Scope:
The Math & Engineering Center uses a structural steel frame, brick and block construction. The exterior is complete with metal panels, curtain wall, radius steel frame and a 60ft clock tower. These features are the focal point of the College Campus. The Scott Hall Stem Center additions and renovations include an EIFS exterior, metal stud framing, high end finishes and state of the art mechanical & electrical systems.
