Cumberland County Improvement Authority in conjunction with Cumberland County College developed a facility for students, adults and artists in the center of downtown Millville.

Scope:
Located in center city Millville, New Jersey, the new 28,000 sf, two story College Arts and Innovation Center is constructed with a structural steel frame, bar joist, metal deck, concrete floors and an elevator. The perimeter of the building is 6″ metal studs with weather resistant gyp sheeting. The exterior of the building is a combination of brick veneer, metal siding and EIFS. Decorative aluminum curtain wall is distributed throughout all elevations. Polished concrete floors, exposed construction and skylights are included in the structure. Rooftop units, exposed ductwork, electric, security and tele/data complete the project. The interior spaces include classrooms, gallery spaces and ceramic tile toilet rooms.
