Project Information

Sitting atop remnants of century old brick buildings created structural challenges for the timely completion of this new transportation center. Architectural requirements called for reusing many of the ornate features of the outdated terminal which were scheduled for demolition. This block-long structure, with its large circular rotundas, now serves as the transportation focal point for the entire city. The design/build project teamed Arthur J. Ogren, Inc. and the well-established Tarquini Organization of Camden, New Jersey.
