Project Specification:
Scope: The conversion of an existing 180,000 Sqft. vacant K-Mart Complex required renovations and new Construction. This consisted of complete removal and demolition of existing walls, ceilings, flooring and MP&E systems. The new spaces include Cape May County Offices, Veteran Administration, Tractor Supply and Retail Spaces. The interior and exterior spaces were re-designed and constructed to meet the needs of multiple tenants.
