Project Specification:
Scope: To promote and grow the Rowan University Dance Program, a State of the Art Facility was designed and constructed. Arthur J. Ogren, Inc. and it’s staff workedclosely with the Rowan Construction Dpartment and the Project Architect to complete this unique building. A Structural Steel framing system supports decorative Precast Panels. Curtain-wall and EPDM roofing complete the building. State of the art MP&E systems are installed throughout. Interior spaces include Dance Studios, Offices, Recreation Space and related areas.
