Scope: The Cumberland County Improvement Authority required a state of the art Food Processing plant for future Tenants. This 3 phase 35,000 sqft., building provided FDA approved production facilities for new and established companies. This building is constructed of structural steel, insulated panels, EPDM roofing, epoxy floors and related FDA approved finishes. Tenant Spaces include Product rooms, Laboratories, Offices, Loading docks and Cold storage spaces.
