Scope: This project included the preservation of a Historic House located on site. The new 2 story 28,000 Sqft. building includes Municipal Offices, Library, Reading Rooms, Theater area and Technology spaces. This 2 story building is constructed of Structural Steel, Brick and Block. High end finishes complete the interior.
